Macho-grill

This restaurant is situated at the centre of Moscow, right on Pushkinskaya square. Accompanied by salsa rhythms, hot Brazilian girls meet the guests and look them after to spacious two-level hall.
Through the opened kitchen all the guests have an opportunity to watch the only way of cooking by special grill with sea salt - «Churrasco». South American cowboys Gaucho used to cook meat that way at Pampas.
«Churrasco» includes set of 19 meat dishes, fish, bananas and pineapple. As soon as the guest is ready to proceed the Brazilian meal, both waiter and a cook «churrasceros» begins to present the set. One after another are brought huge skewer with meat, fish and fruits. When the guest decides to finish or to have a break, he needs just to turn the special paper icon red side up, what means «That’s enough, I’m full!». Such way of Brazilian serving «churrasco» is called «rodizio».

You may choose to «churrasco» any dish from opened salad-bar, which includes more than 30 kinds of salads and cold snacks. With fixed price of 300 rubles for salad-bar, guests may come to take snacks as many times as they want. Table with sweets works that way too. You may taste only for 350 rubles home-made cakes, fresh cookies, caramelized lollypops, various kinds of jams.

The main «hero» at the opened bar in the middle of the restaurant is «Caipirinha» cocktail – classical Brazilian drink, which is based on cane vodka «Cachaca». «Macho-grill» presents authored «Caipirinha» variations with different berries and fruits.

In the evenings live Latin Americas music is played. Every Thursday till Saturday guests of the restaurant may feel themselves like in hot Brasília watching carnival.
