Cherdak

The restaurant is situated on the third floor of an ancient mansion on Kuznetskiy most – right above of another one project of Arcady Novikov, Pan – Asiatic Mr. Lee. Mikhail Petuhov, who is a directing partner of the restaurant, told us about the main characteristic of restaurant: “This place isn’t about meal, namely it is about atmosphere”. Here there is no concept; the design is verified to details. Everything is simple here: every bagatelle or detail whether it is furniture from the Arkhangelsk region, grandmother’s lamp shades or the old red Soviet TV, have found «the second breath». The collected things on “Cherdak” were used by the previous generations, and now they live here.
